Delete account

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data, groups, and library content. This action cannot be undone.

Available on: Mobile app · Web app

Important: You must be connected to the internet to delete your account.

How to delete your account

Mobile app:

1. Open the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar
2. Tap Account in the menu
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find Danger Zone
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Read the warning carefully
6. Tap Delete to confirm

Web app:

1. Go to Profile → Settings
2. Scroll to the Delete my account section
3. Click Delete my account
4. Confirm the action

Your account and all associated data will be permanently and immediately deleted.

What gets deleted

The following is permanently removed when you delete your account:

• Your profile and all personal information
• Your group memberships
• Your library content and downloaded files

Before you delete

Consider the following before deleting your account:

• Group administration: You cannot delete your account if you are the only Administrator of one or more groups. First promote another member to Administrator, or delete the group.
• Subscription: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage your subscription on the website at app.makeharmony.com before deleting your account.
