As an Administrator you can create, edit, reorder, and delete playlists for your group. All group members can view and play from these playlists; only Administrators can manage them.
Feature note: Creating playlists requires the Repertoire feature on your group's subscription plan. If it is not included, tapping the create button will show a feature upgrade prompt. Contact your subscription administrator or see the Subscriptions tab.
Viewing group playlists
Mobile
- Go to the Groups tab with the correct group active.
- Tap Playlists in the sub-navigation bar.
Web
- In the top navigation, click My library, then click the Groups tab.
- Click your group's name from the list.
- Click the Repertoire tab.
Creating a playlist
Mobile
- In the Playlists tab, tap the + button in the top-right corner.
- The Create playlist form slides up:

- Tap Create playlist.
Web
- In the Repertoire tab, click Create playlist or the + button.
- Fill in the name, optional description, and cover image.
- Click Create.
Editing a playlist
Mobile
- Open the playlist from the Playlists tab.
- Tap the ⋯ menu or the Edit button.
- Update the name, description, or cover image.
- Tap Save.
Web
- Click the ⋯ or Edit icon on the playlist card or inside the playlist.
- Make your changes and click Save.
Adding songs to a playlist
From inside the playlist
- Open the playlist.
- Tap Add song or the + button.
- Browse or search for content and tap to add it.
From a song or arrangement detail page
- Navigate to the song or arrangement.
- Tap the Add to playlist icon (bookmark or +).
- Select the target playlist from the list.
Reordering songs in a playlist
Mobile
- Open the playlist.
- Tap Edit order or the drag-handle icon.
- Press and hold the drag handle (≡) next to a song and drag it to the new position.
- Tap Done / Save.
Web
Use the drag handles in the playlist editor to reorder songs, then save.
Deleting a playlist
Deleting a playlist removes it from the group permanently. The songs and arrangements referenced by the playlist are not deleted — only the playlist container is removed.
Mobile
- Open the playlist.
- Tap the ⋯ menu → Delete playlist.
- Confirm the deletion.
Web
- Click the ⋯ or Edit menu on the playlist card or inside the playlist.
- Click Delete and confirm.
