The Feed is where your group communicates — members and Administrators post updates, share news, and interact with each other.
Who can post?
By default every member can create posts. If Administrators have turned on Admin-only posts in the group settings, you will be able to read and react to posts but not create new ones.
Opening the feed
Mobile
- Go to the Groups tab with your group active.
- Tap Feed in the sub-navigation bar — it is the default tab when you open the group.
Web
- In the top navigation, click My library, then click the Groups tab.
- Click your group's name from the list.
- Click the Feed tab.
Reading posts
Posts appear in reverse-chronological order (newest first). Scroll down to see older posts. Pull down to refresh and load new posts.
Creating a post
Mobile
- Tap the compose button (pencil or + icon) floating at the bottom-right of the feed, or tap the compose bar at the top of the list.
- Type your message.
- Optionally attach media by tapping the attachment icon.
- Tap Post.
Web
- Click inside the Write something… box at the top of the feed.
- Type your message and optionally attach media.
- Click Post.
If you do not see a compose button, the group Administrators have restricted posting to administrators only.
Liking a post
Tap the heart (or like) icon below any post to like it. Tap it again to remove the like. The total like count is displayed next to the icon.
Replying to a post
- Tap the reply or comment icon below a post.
- Type your reply and tap Send / Reply.
Replies appear nested under the original post.
Editing your own post
- Tap the ⋯ menu on one of your posts.
- Tap Edit.
- Make changes and tap Save.
Web
- Click ⋯ on your post → Edit → save.
Deleting your own post
- Tap the ⋯ menu on your post.
- Tap Delete and confirm.
Deleting a post also removes all its replies.
Feed not loading?
The feed requires an internet connection. If you are offline you may see a cached version of recent posts but you cannot publish or interact until the connection is restored.
